Wonderful portrayal of the story of Abraham. A bit of a slow burn but the emotional payoff is worth it. Great performances and a great job all around on a shoestring budget
The actors were phenomenal especially Abraham. I truly believe this is a wonderful start to great Christian movies to spread light and the gospel. It's important you movies that can reach generations. David the director has a great eye for producing biblical material.

All should see this “True to the Bible” portrayal of Abraham and Isaac. And liken it to God’s great sacrifice of His Only Son in our behalf to redeem us from our sins and through Him we are given Eternal Life!

I felt it would be hard to understand for someone who has never read that part of the Old Testament. The way it switched between time, past and present. That being said I think it was really well acted and very true to the Biblical story.
I just saw this film and was very moved by the the story and the way the actors portrayed the story. This is a great way to start Holy Week. I recommend you see it.
It's beautiful to see more and more Christian films coming to the screen. This was a beautiful tribute to the true story of Abraham and the suffering he went through in offering up Issac to God.

The director and producer did an astounding job with making the clothes, shoes, living abodes and makeup authentic to the period, and the acting was appropriately solemn, but did well in portraying how God can always be counted on to keep His promises and covenants.
