"Hey Arnold! The Movie" is a 2002 theatrical presentation directed by Tuck Tucker based upon the successful Nickelodeon television series "Hey Arnold!" (1996-2004). Being a child of the 90's, I watched a good portion of "Hey Arnold!" at a younger age, but by the time the…

Would’ve been better if this was a made for TV movie or a two part episode. (BTW, this was a start  to watch the show so be prepared for the Jungle Movie in the future). Nickelodeon Movies Ranked

A plot involving gentrification and big businesses, it's a story that is very realistic and some people have said is bland and dull but helps kids learn about life. I used to watch nickelodeon a lot and rugrats and hey arnold were my favourite shows. The films not brilliant…

Tuck Tucker's "Hey, Arnold! The Movie," based on the Nickelodeon television series, is a strangely charming, weirdly engaging piece of two-dimensional animated work Expanding the series' rough-around-the-edges aesthetic to the big screen, the film should please fans of the…

Honestly, this isn't so bad Sure, it doesn't hold a candle to THE JUNGLE MOVIE, but if you accept it for what it is (a planned TV special that was put into theaters instead), then it's completely fine. Not the best thing in the world, but for a time-killer, it does the job…

Nothing about Hey Arnold! The Movie cries out for the big-screen treatment, but it at least makes the transition from television to film with its charm intact.

Essentially a feature-length episode of the popular Nickelodeon animated series, this faithful expansion is savvy enough to stay put.

The cause is just. But there's something off-kilter about the mix. Maybe it's because the animation retains its TV flatness while the story's texture is gratuitously bulked up.
