I have such infinite love and tenderness and compassion for Estella. I think the novel deeply wrongs her, I think readers deeply wrong her, I think she deserves a book of her own that tells everything from her point of view. I think this film sort of, kind of, rectifies…

I've watched this film as a young fellow, and then it doesn't work for me just the music, but now this felted different. Mr. Cuaron makes a beautiful movie, with an excellent soundtrack, one of my favorites sountracks of all times.
