Synopsis
From Sony Pictures Animation, the studio behind Spider-ManTM: Across the Spider-Verse and the artists that made KPop Demon Hunters, comes GOAT, an original action-comedy set in an all-animal world. The story follows Will, a small goat with big dreams who gets a once-in-a-lifetime shot to join the pros and play roarball β a high-intensity, co-ed, full-contact sport dominated by the fastest, fiercest animals in the world.

This just felt like an excuse to make money. They went with the first draft of a generic story with a clever title gimmick, invited athletes and celebrities to star, and included an absurd amount of product placement. Just feels terribly corporate rather than creative. Choppy scenes, basicβ¦
Maddy is "meh" onGOATAnimation and acting was FANTASTIC. Plot was disappointing and the main character was definitely not actually the main character. He completely lacked character flaws and development. All the characters were pretty much copy offs of Sonys other movies.
BENNY lovedGOAT9/10 I watched Goat and honestly it was really good. The visuals were super clean and aesthetic, which made it even nicer to watch. The story felt real and kinda intense, and it kept me interested the whole time. I really liked it overall.

The film really speaks on how you shouldn't judge a book by its cover, even if it's a goat. So believe in for friends and don't try to clutch by yourself, there is no "I" in teamwork.
