Just as good as I remember watching it when I was a kid.
Still Hilarious after All these years!! tremendous cast & really fun effects !! I laughed SO much & can’t wait for the new one !!
It was great to have a chance to see this with my son. I saw the original in the theatre when I was just a bit younger than he is now. My only complaint is that the image is obviously stretched or modified to accommodate the screen dimensions, or something similar was done.…

Ghostbusters is one of those rare movies where the original, fragile comic vision has survived a multimillion-dollar production.
However good an idea it may have been to unleash Mr. Murray in an ''Exorcist''-like setting, this film hasn't gotten very far past the idea stage. Its jokes, characters and story line are as wispy as the ghosts themselves, and a good deal less substantial.
