    98 This movie is such a miracle. A delirious mix of classical horror and stylized 80s confidence. The sharpness of the screenplay is only bested by the ominous imagery. Watching the film slowly summon the undead spirit of a Gothic picture is a delight.

    fun campy 80s horror movie with a bisexual vampire (i wish he didn’t seduce a 16 year old tho) it was a very slow start but i liked the characters and the effects were cool :) i loved amy, evil ed made me laugh so hard and the parts with peter vincent: vampire killer were great

    TW: grooming, Pervy vampires The character work from Amy, Evil Ed and Peter Vincent makes this worth a rewatch Strangely sexualized bi vampire who’s combing through the neighborhood. Is a love letter to sexy slasher 4 the male gaze. Children may fear 4 partners near a vampire🤦🏻‍♂️🧛

    Such a fun movie. Definitely has some classic tropes, but it leans into those in a great way. Excellent Halloween movie vibes and overall great performances from the cast. Also love the practical effects. A fun movie to watch with a group of friends.

    7.8/10 Lots of fun. Horror comedy. Definitely some gay connotations with the vamps “roommate”. Lots of good special effects and makeup. I loved the three really gross death scenes. Ignore the very last scene with the eyes and the laugh.
