Synopsis

Jesus Christ. We can’t be 4 movies in and you’re still making the same as the first. The end is exactly like the second with the whole “look at me Jason do I resemble someone” act and then it follows that by being the end of the 3rd and in the next one they retcon his death AGAIN

It was cool how like 4 different groups of people converged together in the same area until only a few remained. The kills were dope, Jason was scary (and annoying with his teleportation) and the finale was so fun.

Jason vs Corey Feldman… it doesn’t get more 80s than that. The gratuitous sex scenes are alive and well in this 4th installment, and the kill scenes really come into their own. One of the better outings in the franchise.

While not exactly an actress picture, The Final Chapter takes pains to make its characters a little more personable than the horror- movie norm. This is unfortunate, since there is nothing to do during the second half of the film but watch them die.
