The greatest meet cute in movie history is when Colonel Mortimer spots Monco in his spyglass looking back at him with binoculars, then later they shoot each other's hats.

NakulMay 5, 2020Lee Van Cleef was 40 years old when he made For a Few Dollars More, but he acts like he is a ghost doomed to wander through west for some 100 years.

Q: Who wins in a stare-down between Lee Van Cleef and Klaus Kinski? A: We all do.
TimcopAug 30, 2024Because Kohli has been shooting a new TV series, we've had to wait a long time for the next installment in our Sergio Leone screening series, but picked up last night with FOR A FEW DOLLARS MORE. I personally enjoyed this more than FISTFUL OF DOLLARS. Eastwood is as…
Mike FlanaganAug 31, 2019This film has a lot of hat cruelty in it. Why do hats always have to be the victims?!

matt lynchDec 23, 2022These movies get progressively better as Clint is surrounded by cooler, and cooler guys, in this case Colonel Mortimer, Indio, and Klaus Kinski as a hunchback.

Definitely the best western movie I’ve ever seen. I literally have nothing bad to say about this movie cause I loved everything about it especially the fact that it’s a 60 year old movie where the camera quality captures all of the emotions perfect and the amazing actors and action this had. I…
An incredibly entertaining movie that lets you just sit back and enjoy classic western tropes. The amount of just downright cool/badass moments in this movie is ridiculous, I mean almost every scene has the main character or Mortimer up showing each other.8/10, could rise to love

9/10 The bounty hunter aspect of this movie was really cool. Lee Van Cleef and Clint Eastwood were a great duo and played off each other really well. The final duel was also my favorite of the whole trilogy. The whole locket plot tho was pretty confusing and not well implemented
It’s what a very good western looks like. It’s nowhere near The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (the follow-up) in quality (it wasn’t going to be, TGTBaTU is top 30 favourites OAT) but it is good. The score is truly incredible and the characters are as vibrant and memorable as ever
This was my second chronological watch of the “Man With No Name” trilogy. I hadn’t seen this one before either. The story was not as good as GBU, but it was still enjoyable. I did love that Eastwood and Van Cleef team up in this one! Overall a solid Leone film.
