    a man that’s guided by his own entertainment and not much else. once the habits & patterns reveal themselves it’s hard to see anything else. what was charming becomes bleak. endless. just looking for someone else to try it all out on.

    One of Jack Nicholson’s best performances (you could say that about pretty much any of them). The film is subtle and low-brow, keeps you engaged and you feel as if you’re flung into events and experience them with the characters rather than just observing. Fantastic filmmaking
