Synopsis

    Brother, never mind Emily, Angourie Rice is RIGHT there..! A lot of fun, it falls into a lot of the Rom-Com tropes, yet the film still manages to come off really well and feel surprisingly fresh. The several ending “tie-ups” were a little predicable, but there’s some good lessons of self-awareness…

    i honestly really enjoyed the overall vibe/aesthetic of the movie and thought the plot was cute and stuff, i feel like i would’ve felt more connected to the plot if they’d made emily’s character more likeable as the connection between her and owen didn’t feel as real as it should’ve come across on…

    Rom com done right with issues they actually address, also includes things society talks about today in social media. To me, this is better than Voicemails for Isabelle and that one movie where they meet every summer. Like we get the plot, add something and this movie delivers.

    Honestly was so exited for this. It was disappointing how mediocre it was. I was expecting it to be really nice, but unfortunately I couldn’t feel ANY romance, and the plot was just meh☹️ I also feel bad for Owen, she didn’t seem truly remorseful. The chemistry wasn’t my fave

    I wasn’t expecting to like this as much as I did. It was fun and unique and I really enjoyed the characters and the chaos. I’d definitely watch this again.
