It’s good for kids, and only kids. Parents would loath it.
Definitely a fun time. A masterpiece, no. But an enjoyable nonsensical romp at a breakneck speed. Clever visuals. Great action packed sound design. Enough fart jokes for the kiddos with a satisfying smattering of obscure Easter eggs for the adults. Worth the ticket.

I almost always enjoying Pixar movies even though their primary target audience is children, but this film was certainly for a younger audience or fans of the books. I had trouble staying awake. My sons like it a lot though!

Fun loving story full of actions and great stunts!! Dogman is the man hahahaha lol
The movie was okay, but my daughter lost interest pretty fast. Towards the end she wanted to leave. I asked her about it and she said “it’s okay mommy”. It’s a cute movie, but maybe add some suspense to it.

It was OK. I fell asleep, maybe because I was tired. Perhaps the movie would be more fun to watch with your kids.

The premise sounds morbid but the execution couldn’t be sunnier: think Snoopy does RoboCop.
The heart of the film is the emotional triangle of Petey, Li’l Petey and Dog Man, as the two erstwhile enemies both find something like love for the kitten (voiced by Lucas Hopkins Calderon and full of disarming innocence) and something like forgiveness for each other.
