absolutely amazing movie, and a near perfect masterpiece. fun comedy and action while still having harsh realities and stuff that needs to be looked at. true emotion throughout the entire movie with great acting being a very prominent aspect.
9/10 Acting was superb. Christoph was fantastic. He and Jamie worked so well together, and Leo always delivers. It’s Tarantino so over the top violence was present, but the story still remained grounded in reality. I think I still like Inglorious Basterds better but still great

This movie is still yet to be dethroned as my favorite of all time. This is the movie that truly made me fall in love with cinema and will always hold a special place in my heart, I think that this is Tarantino’s finest work and perfectly rounded. I am bias but with good reason
I’ve caught myself in a western mode so I put this on and I have to say this is incredible on every level everything that can be great about a film is here my biggest praise is it’s 3 hours and feels like 1 and a half it a MASTERPIECE and if you haven’t seen it watch it 10/10

I love this movie, pretty sure this is my favorite Tarantino movie. This movie really highlights how cruel and despicable it was during slavery. This movie really made me love Christoph Waltz. DiCaprio was great as well. My favorite character(s): Dr Schultz and Calvin Candie.
This is one of the most phenomenal movies I’ve ever watched to date. The plot is so interesting and you can’t help but become pumped up when the main character succeeds. The pacing in this movie is perfect as it doesn’t even feel as long as it is. Overall a great movie. +cowboys🤠

DiCaprio, having a blast, makes Candie the equivalent of Waltz's Nazi in Inglourious Basterds: a racist villain who mesmerizes us by elevating his ideology into a puckishly thought-out vision of the world. Yet Django isn't nearly the film that Inglourious was.
A pastiche that's nearly as funny as it is long (2hr. 45min.), and quite as politically troubling as it may be liberating, Django Unchained is pure, if not great, Tarantino.
