Synopsis

In the future, prisons have been turned into online portals where paying subscribers get to vote on what felons eat, watch, wear and who they fight. Panopticon TV is so successful it is about to be rolled out to a whole new town. When the world's most downloaded felon escapes, the authorities set a trap to reel him in. The bait is his little brother who has so far managed to avoid detection.

Dreadful, all-over-the-shop low budget sci-fi nonsense. Contains several minutes of filler that’s just people running about.

I'm really sorry, I really wanted to like this movie and I try to give a lot of leeway to films that are obviously low-budget and indie, but this feels too incoherent. The script and dialogue have some interesting world-building, but feel like they could use a lot more…

Sometimes I choose to go out on a limb and see if I like a movie that is totally not my style. I couldn't even watch a fourth of it, it was awful.
