Not bad, a decent watch, and I must say the real reason to watch this is honest intense performances from the full cast. This ensemble really nails every bit of what they’re doing. Would recommend just to appreciate strong acting in an otherwise simple moderately generic thriller.

Emma Thompson’s performance here is amazing and you can feel her struggle through the screen. The icy and desolate atmosphere feel almost as an additional character in the film. It’s cliched but was done well, very suspenseful. 7

Beautiful movie , the story , the acting and the location all amazing, really liked that the character felt very based in reality nothing was over the top and just a beautiful story in the end, the additional uff-ta's and uh-oh's made it all more real and hilarious.

Damn. This was surprising in the best way possible. Emma Thompson kills it, adding to an already stacked cast. The tone is dark and gritty and hallowed, feeling like Fargo at its best. It’s a mystery that slowly peels back revealing magic inside. Def recommend.

stupide ending. unnecessary deaths and the movie could have had such a good ending if the last 5 minutes didn't end with the old lady dying. i was really hoping she would adopt leah as her own and live the rest of her life with the daughter she never had

Good but Emma Thompson’s accent was TERRIBLE and very distracting. She seemed to be trying to channel Frances McDormand but doing a lousy job of it. If they wanted a Brit playing an American I think Olivia Colman would’ve been better. 🤷🏻‍♀️
