Synopsis

This is one of those rare times when a sequel is actually better than the original. I actually enjoyed it. I liked the humour and found the character development nice to watch. I liked the fact the relationships were already established and we got to see them grow.

There were only a few things we didn't like was the men kissing, the siblings kissing, and the homosexual undertones.
VPVincent PeckI would have rated this movie higher if it weren't for male kissing scenes, underage use of alcohol and kissing, and the obscene language. I thought overall it was a decent movie. Good messages were sprinkled in along the way.

Holiday movies don’t have to be good, they just have to be comfortable, and by that regrettable standard “Daddy’s Home 2” mostly gets the job done.

The script is so starved of originality, jokes and slapstick laughs that Burns pushed his actors to deliver lines faster and faster. Wahlberg, always antic on the set with Ferrell, hurtles through his dialogue in a near-slurred blur...It rarely pays off, as the jokes are just lame.
