Unlike BatmanVSuperman Captain America: Civil War delivers on a build up that makes sense and a fight scene last more that 2 minutes. Truly Marvel has it all together. I look forward to the next installment.

The way in which Captain America: Civil War brings together a dozen or so heroes, sorts them into not one but two teams and then flings them at each other is its own special delight for comic book fans long accustomed to such things on the printed or digital page. And it must be pretty exciting for non-fans, too.
Captain America: Civil War appeals to me more strongly than any superhero movie of the last decade.
If you live and breathe Marvel, this is one of the MCU's stronger offerings. If you are a spy coming in from the cold, the answer is not so clear.
