naethanael is "meh" onBugoniaSuch mixed feelings. As a remake, it is a better film than the original. And so well acted. No fault to the performers. But completely tone deaf to the current era. And perhaps dangerous, since the radical redneck becomes the hero. Frightening for the wrong reasons.

Tristan likedBugoniaVery interesting movie. I love pretty much anything Alien related. The ending wasn’t my favorite but it was good. Really like all the dialogue between Jesse and Emma’s characters. Glad the had dumb dumb blast his face off early but it was kinda messed up.
