"Production was frequently delayed due to uncontrollable laughing fits between Hepburn and Grant."
Anna Imhof 🌸Oct 28, 2017Cary Grant wearing nothing but a fur trimmed chiffon dressing gown while jumping in the air and saying "I just went GAY all of a sudden" is the only thing that has ever mattered to me

my favorite genre really is movies where flustered man gets tricked and endangered by conniving woman who thinks he’s hot and likes to make him suffer
noraJun 16, 2019A comprehensive list of moods: - susan yelling "don't leave me!" to david like 113 times throughout the movie - "they've got baby" / "forget baby" / "where's baby" - "THE INTERCOSTAL CLAVICLE" - david and susan singing "I can't give you anything but love" so many times…
phoebe 💫Aug 1, 2019one of my favorite things about classic movies is how much comedy is gleaned from people falling down. Cary Grant was willing to pratfall on his face like 12 times a scene and THAT’S why he’s an all-time great <3

Has got to be one of the best comedies and movies in general ever made, just incredible. Perfect writing, perfect performances from the beautiful Cary and Katharine with unbelievable chemistry, and great directing. 4.5/5
"Now Avery, you've been watching a lot of Cary Grant screwball comedies as of late, why is tha--" I don't know, cause I've just gone ✨🏳️🌈G A Y🏳️🌈✨ all of a sudden!
This was so chaotic I didn't even know if I liked the movie, lol. I think it's probably the fact that it's an older film that worked, because stuff like this coming out today would've gotten on my nerves. Physical comedy done in those days was and still is fun to watch and reminds me of the Three…

One of the all-time greatest screwball comedies from the Golden Age of cinema. Endearing, charismatic, and a powerhouse due in Grant & Hepburn. Talk about standing the test of time! Top 100 all-time.
dear god did she annoy me - liked talking ab the cinematography behind having a real tiger on set And all of the innuendos WOVEN into the movie LOL but other than that it kept Dragggginngg icl

One of my favorite screwball comedies ever made. I also really enjoyed the “spiritual remake” starring Barbra Streisand called What’s Up Doc?
Stressfully fast paced. Needed a dunce for Grant’s character. Like him better in dramatic roles. Like Hepburn but annoying in this role.
