Atom User Reviews for Brahms: The Boy II
It was a bad movie
It suck tbh the first one was better
it was a half star really......and thats only because my ticcet was 2 dollars lol
I enjoyed the the first movie The Boy, the Boy 2 seemed to struggle with keeping the plot going, and keeping my interest. The first one was awesome ( but then again it started Lauren Cohan, “ Maggie” from The Walking Dead) so of course it was awesome. The Boy 2 is “ ok” if you do go see it, catch it as a matinee, save some money. Leaves it open for more sequels!
Negative stars. Only thing missing was aliens and a ancient burial ground. I guess that’s part 3.
it sucked big time. felt supper short. first one was way better.
Could of been better
For kids, very boring and tacky.
Good movie
Most Terrible movie of 2020
It was okay
The first one was better
Had us on the edge of our seats and jumping
Cliff hanger, hoped to have had it end.
Ending was kinda was weird but the movie was awesome I totally recommend watching it
Did I miss something thought Brahms died in the original but now it seems the doll was possessed before Brahms the guy/human ever existed. I’m confused I guess the movie became boring somewhere in between the twist. I don’t know. Why do I care anymore lol it’s just another film with no significance
Metacritic
There aren’t that many minutes to mess up, but the film manages to make it feel much longer. At just 86 minutes, Brahms: The Boy II should fly by, but the film lurches forward with its momentum punctuated by bad jump scares and odd flashback sequences.
Brahms: The Boy II seems to want nothing to do with its original, which is an odd and detrimental outcome for your direct continuation of Brahms' ongoing story.
Like its predecessor, “The Boy II” is a fairly corny and stodgy spook-show, with a few good jolts and one genuinely creepy killer toy.
