Eddie Murphy saying "keepittogether keepittogether" with that speed and diction is like the comedy acting equivalent of a Jimi Hendrix guitar solo

A DVD that lived on the top of my parents' collection for most of my childhood. If I'd actually watched it back then it'd absolutely be one of my favorites now. I'm a sucker for any movie about movies, even one as cynical as this. All it takes is the moment where Steve…

I love when Steve Martin rips off his ponytail before he enters a restaurant.

A lovely comfort movie. Only gets better as it goes. My memory seeing a 35mm screening of this at Metograph with my dad is one I’ll cherish forever. As corny as it is genuinely hilarious.

I haven't seen this movie in ages and I am so glad I checked it out again. I was in hysterics on multiple occasions and it just made me laugh so much. As Roger Ebert said, this is a comedy where everything works. And it does. Nothing is too silly, nothing is horribly…
