The 1st of the films in the William Beaudine Fest at the New Beverly. It's a humorous crime movie with a weak script. Mr Beaudine gives it a loud rambunctious tone.

Really solid comedy. You can sorta tell they wanted Bogart as the lead but damn does everything still work. Very amusing and Pinky is absolutely hilarious.
