JoeDec 19, 2020It’s nice knowing there’ll never be a cooler superhero moment than Blade smoothly decapitating a vampire and catching his shades in mid-air while some thumping techno music starts playing. Also it’s snowing in the final scene so this is basically a Christmas movie.

I absolutely loved this movie. Although watching the special effects more than twenty years after they were made was a bit more humorous than amazing, they were still way ahead of their time. Wesley Snipes is a legend, and his performance was nothing less. A must see.

7/10 - Good film, not terrible but not perfect either. Wesley Snipes definitely makes the movie what it is. He brings the essence and character to Blade. Such a sick character nevertheless, everything about him is so badass and mean. An 18s film with WS slicing up vampires, YES.
