Moviegoers are saying
This Amazon-set creature feature surprises audiences by taking its giant snake premise seriously, with Jessica Rothe and Kiana Madeira delivering standout performances that elevate what could have been generic B-movie material. While viewers consistently praise the film's unpredictable plot twists and authentic jungle atmosphere, many feel let down by the climactic finale and wish for more practical effects over CGI.

I appreciate how seriously this film takes itself. It takes its time building tension rather than throwing the creature at you every five minutes, and when it finally shows up, it looks pretty damn good. The acting is laughable at times, and I do wish the kills were a bit…

“The forest makes good men great, and bad men monsters.” 🚤🐍 THE PREMISE: Jessica Rothe takes on the Amazon and completely flips the script on its head! Deep in the Colombian jungle, a team of medics gets plunged into a nightmare of botflies, crocs, and an ancient serpent…

I liked how you genuinely don’t know in what order people are going to die, but I wish some of the characters got more time. I also feel like the “turnaround” character doesn’t get enough closure to his arc, but maybe that’s the point I dunno. Also they used botflies. Scary stuff

It was a solid film, but [to me] nothing special. There is build up & I appreciated the set up of the movie, however it falls short when Boiuna arrives.
