I loved it. I am not really a fan of musicals but this one form the start had me hooked. Form the beginning of childhood to adulthood you will ever learn more about this man then whatever book or tv-show can ever provide you with. It's a movie worth watching and learning…
Wanted to like it, walked out an hour in. For someone who’s not a great singer the ego is insane, not funny either

Better Man is a triumph of cheek and imagination. Gracey attempts much but actually manages to accomplish all that he set out to do.
The unexpected advantage here is that, when Williams wants to be truly upfront about his struggles, that veneer of fantasy shields us from the more harrowing details of his life, so that we can confront them yet still enjoy that “right f***ing entertaining”.
Dodgy depictions of real-life celebs (such as Liam Gallagher) clash with the film’s fantastical tone, which itself can’t support Gracey’s attempt to address serious topics.
