The only thing that kinda bugged me is that Santa didn’t care about the little girl not getting her present. It didn’t feel like Santa but its a enjoyable Christmas movie.

Santa is just a concept here. The idea that he is a magical being is hidden behind them just simply being humans. And although it is interesting to see that in a child’s movie, it did cause the storyline to be very messy. Yet, it was still a decent movie. Bryony carried. 6.5/10

I might be biased because this is the first movie I remember watching in the cinema as a kid but Arthur making sure every child receives their present from Santa is so endearing. The ending makes me cry which is rare for me.

In a genre - the animated holiday film - already overflowing with the sentimental, the silly Arthur Christmas is a most welcome treat to find stuffed into the cinema's stockings this holiday season.
