Atom User Reviews for Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom
Very clear they went through and redid half the movie to remove Amber Heard after the controversy. Laughing the whole time at how awful and INCREDIBLY choppy the whole thing was. One of the worst movies I’ve seen honestly, it was all over the place. They really should’ve just left her in and taken the PR L
The action was okay but Jason just couldn't hold it up all on his own and the comedy made it more cheesy and just all over the place honestly and it drags in some spots at this pt DC doing the best they can and it ain't all that great.
AWESOME MOVIE!! WIFE AND I LOVED IT! RECOMMENDED!!
I was not expecting this to be better than the 1st aquaman. It totally is. It's. nonstop fun ride, from start to finish.
Go See this movie Only For Black Manta. just as good as the first movie.

Metacritic
A depressingly uninspired superhero adventure sequel that leans heavily on plot points and battle sequences we’ve seen in at least a dozen other films in the genre — and almost always done better.
Despite a charismatic turn from Momoa and some fun frenemy banter, this is a disappointing send-off that sees the DCEU go out with a squelch rather than a splash. Fin.
The Lost Kingdom isn’t well done, but it isn’t miserable either.
