Synopsis
A gallery of dynamic characters clash over the possession of a rare Native American artifact in this wildly entertaining modern-day western. After the artifact falls onto the black market, a shy waitress with big dreams (Sydney Sweeney) teams up with a lovelorn military veteran (Paul Walter Hauser) to gain possession of it, putting them in the crosshairs of a ruthless criminal (Eric Dane) working on behalf of a Western antiquities dealer (Simon Rex). Bloodshed ensues when others join the battle, including the leader of an indigenous group (Zahn McClarnon) and a desperate woman fleeing her mysterious past (Halsey).

Lee likedAmericanaSimilar to the underrated and better Vengenace, this is a neo western with some fun side characters. Leans more into comedy than drama, and has more kills than you'd expect. Sweeney isn't the lead, but I find it funny they think her having a stutter would make her unattractive.

The first 10 mins were good, then it was a mess. Overstuffed and all over the place plot. Too much convenience in the story. By the time the “finale” happened, and it took an hour to get good again, I was just waiting for the credits, which still took forever.

I actually really liked this. Though I’m not sure what genre or category you would put it in. I wish Halsey would do more acting, I love to see her on my screen. The most annoying thing about this was SS, which isn’t surprising
