Synopsis
ALL THE MONEY IN THE WORLD follows the kidnapping of 16-year-old John Paul Getty III (Charlie Plummer) and the desperate attempt by his devoted mother Gail (Michelle Williams) to convince his billionaire grandfather (Christopher Plummer) to pay the ransom. When Getty Sr. refuses, Gail attempts to sway him as her son’s captors become increasingly volatile and brutal. With her son’s life in the balance, Gail and Getty’s advisor (Mark Wahlberg) become unlikely allies in the race against time that ultimately reveals the true and lasting value of love over money.

As I was walking out of the theater this lady comes up to me and says “did you have a nice nap?” because apparently I was snoring so loud people stopped paying attention to the movie and just started laughing at me. That’s all you need to know about this film.

Not suspenseful as advertised
RCReuben Correait was a very traumatic movie, very suspenseful. i actually had an anxiety attack and got physically ill and had to leave the theater before the end of the movie. my legs went numb and I felt like I was having a medial emergency
DJDeAndre JacksonI enjoyed this movie and Christopher Plummer replaced Kevin Spacey in 7 days they were done re-shooting this I heard. He was a great fit and the original choice for the leading role to begin with.

It’s as realized a thriller as you are likely to find, not only in the precision of its performances, but in its evocative use of location (Rome, London), its period detail (especially Williams’ clothing) and the tension of the younger Getty’s months-long captivity.
