Atom User Reviews for Alita: Battle Angel
Outstanding movie! A must see! Oscar nominee
saw it in IMAX 3D and the visual effects were amazing! Christoph Waltz is great as are the other actors, plus there is a cool cameo. Easy plot, cool action, great visuals.
Excellent special effects.
This movie was better than advertised and should be seen by all fans of action movies. Will be seeing it again so I can imagine myself in that world.
Really good movie! I hope it does well so they can make more and continue the story! Alita has an angels face but a warriors heart. This movie is pretty much non-stop from start to finish. It has a love story intertwined with a coming of age under dog story. It’s such a good mix of sci-fi and story telling. I definitely think this movie will do well - especially for Valentine’s Day movie watchers. Go see it! You will love every minute of it.
My family love this movie
Definitely gonna preorder this movie!!!
Best film I have seen
I enjoyed very much. I only wish it was longer.
A very good movie with tons of action and good acting. This is bound to be a blockbuster. Also the CGI IS top notch and alita and her adversaries look damn near human in the movie.
Graphics were awesome and all the fight scenes were great!
Loved the movie! At first, I did not think I was going to like it because I am not into scifi, but it was awesome!! Go watch it!
I loved the movie. cant wait for a part two
Great movie, really enjoyed it
Excelente, no queria irme del cine..
Close to the original anime a live action could get. It is a great stand alone movie.
great movie. alot of action. great fight scenes and girl power!
Manga fans would love this 🎥, I enjoyed it and so would you.
This movie was just fantastic. I loved everything about it and that ending left me... Can't leave spoilers. Go see it, NOW!
excellent movie worth watching
James Cameron has done it again
Can’t wait for the 2nd part to come out!
what a movie.. great , fantastic, extraordinary
It follows the proper story line, good visual effects.
Must watch movie
can't wait for #2
Great film. Action was intense
Loved it! Can’t wait for the second one! Rosa Salazar was amazing as Alita!
This movie was a mess and I think they tried to come for black people with the “It was 300 years. Get over it” line.
Alita de pollo is super hot
I thoroughly enjoyed this movie! No need to read the manga beforehand.
Probably the best Anime/Manga to Hollywood adaption ever. Really hope there's a sequel!
I’ve never had a favorite movie because I couldn’t decide. But this ..this takes it home honey! Beyond! If you love action and sweat inducing movies that get you at the edge of your seat... WATCH THIS!
Best if you watch on IMAX 3D. Best experience ever.
Please do yourself a favor and ignore the critics--Alita:Battle Angel is amazing and not even the trailers do it justice. I haven't enjoyed a movie like this in such a long time, especially in IMAX 3D which is 100% worth it!! Two thumbs up for this seamless masterpiece.
Visual FX were amazing! Very action packed and fun the entire ride. The dog thing made me mad though.
Better than expected. Hard to adapt a manga into a 2 hour movie but was mostly faithful and the action scenes were top notch.
much better than the ghost im the shell adaption. very well done VFX and solid story. several surprises which were well paced.
Amazing movie, i wouldn’t watch it in 3D again though, there’s only a few parts that are cool in 3D. I wouldn’t say it made my experience worse, just a preference.
Thank god I didn’t pay full price
Amazing special effects. Good date night movie.
Best movie of the year so far !
Great action and effects with a standard storyline. Well done.
Most epic movie since Avatar
It’s goofy as hell and borderline inexcusable at times, but it’s also kind of glorious.
Alita barely considers any of the existential questions about humanity that are typically central to this kind of sci-fi film. It’s just a slick action film. That is one way, at least, it does feel like a Robert Rodriguez movie.
While not exactly a misfire, Rodriguez and Cameron's joint effort lacks the zing and originality of their best individual work.
