Atom User Reviews for 42nd Street - The Musical
A great production of a stellar musical.
Loved this show. Saw it live on Broadway in the mid 80s and it has remained on e of the best musical comedies I’ve ever seen. This production is so entertaining and satisfying. Def a must see.
A real treat.
Great cast. Love this show. Sound was low quality but not sure if that’s the fault of the filming or the theater where I saw it.
A beauty. See it!
what an incredible new production of 42nd St. it’s obvious that they spent a lot of time reworking the book and the staging I strongly recommend this for any musical theater fan.
I'd never seen it, it was a fine introduction to 42nd Street.
The color was terrible. We opted to get our money back. Would like to have seen it.
All singing, all dancing! Wall-to-wall production numbers, with incredible costumes, great sets, super period songs, knock-out dance numbers.
loved it so much

I was glued to the screen every minute. Wow!
I was fortunate enough to see the original on broadway in 1980 and also the revival in 2001. The original 1980 show was legendary... it was great to see this version with oversight by Mark Bramble and Randy Skinner, the show holds up magnificently and is still a showstopper of entertainment.
Loved every minute ... amazing talent, great cast, wonderful songs and fantastic dancing
Next best thing to seeing it live
It was extremely entertaining with amazing voices, dance, costumes, i.e., everything you could hope for from a big stage musical.
it was grand, Grand, GRAND that we could come.... so much fun and the energy... wow!

Dancing excellent. Lyrics ok
I have seen it live before. Held up extremely well on film. Dancing was the best yet
