  1. When you elect via your account to receive SMS texts by providing your phone number, you may receive text messages confirming your purchase details, confirming your purchase cancellation details, and providing authentication for password resets, among other things.

  2. When you otherwise opt-in to the Atom SMS service, you will receive a message to confirm your signup.

  3. You may stop receiving SMS texts from Atom any time by texting "STOP" or "ARRET" or "STOPALL" to 28661 (ATOM1). After sending such a message to us, you will receive an SMS text confirming that you have been unsubscribed.If you want to joing again, just sign up again via the app, website, or by sending "START" to 28661 (ATOM1).

  4. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP" or "AIDE" to 28661 (ATOM1). After you send such a message, you will receive an SMS text from us with additional information about our service including how to unsubscribe.

  5. The following carriers, among others, participate: Bell, Fido, Koodo Mobile, MTS, NorthernTel, Rogers, SaskTel, Solo Mobile, Telebec, Telus, Videotron, Virgin Mobile, Freedom Mobile, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and AT&T.

  6. As always with SMS texts, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your data or text plan, please contact your wireless provider.
