Atom Tickets, LLC (“Atom” or “us” or “we”) offers select Atom mobile application users (based upon your location settings) in select cities/markets the ability to purchase tickets to select live events via Eventbrite. Please note that while you may search for and view select events via the Atom app, once you click to “Get Tickets” for a specific event you will be leaving Atom’s mobile application:

• You'll see “Powered by Eventbrite” under the “Get Tickets” button, and clicking that button will take you to Eventbrite’s website or application (if you have the app installed) and you will be subject to Eventbrite’s Terms of Service and related privacy policy and terms.

As such: (i) any event purchase will be on Eventbrite’s platform; (ii) if you do not have an account with Ticketmaster or Eventbrite, as applicable, you will have to create an account subject to their terms; (iii) all purchases, tickets (and ticket delivery), refunds and notifications about your event tickets will be subject to Eventbrite’s standard policy and terms.
