AGE & BAG POLICY:

R-Rated Age Policy Children, aged seven (7) and under, will not be permitted into R-rated movies. No exceptions will be made. Under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian. A parent or guardian to purchase tickets for anyone under the age of 17 and you must remain with the child during the movie. Anyone found in violation of these policies may be asked to leave the premises and will not be eligible for a refund.

Management reserves the right to refuse entrance to anyone that cannot present valid photo identification with an R-rated film ticket.

Age Policy Child tickets are valid for children 3-12. Senior tickets are valid for adults 60 years and older. Not all ticket types are available for all performances. For R-rated films, a minor under the age of seventeen (17) must be escorted by a parent/legal guardian. A valid I.D. will be required to attend all R-rated movies.

Curfew Policy

6:00 PM Curfew - Grand Slidell, Grand Conroe, Grand Ambassador, Grand Winston-Salem, Grand Hattiesburg, Grand Lafayette, Grand Alexandria, AmStar Macon, AmStar Four Seasons

Adult Supervision Required (Starting at 6:00 PM) Guests ages 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian for all showtimes starting at 6:00 PM or later. Please be prepared to show your ID at the theater.

VIP AT THE MEZZ AT PALLADIUM AGE RESTRICTION: The Santikos Palladium VIP at the MEZZ auditoriums are for our guests ages 18 and older only. No children under 18 are admitted to the VIP auditoriums at any time. These VIP seats are designed for couples and thus tickets are sold in pairs.

Bag Policy

Bags or packages measuring larger than 12" x 6" x 12" will not be permitted into any Santikos Entertainment establishment. Exceptions will be made for medical equipment and diaper bags however they will be subject to search. Backpacks and large duffle bags will not be permitted into any Santikos Entertainment Establishment. Santikos Entertainment reserves the right to search all bags and packages that enter the theater regardless of size. Santikos Entertainment does not provide storage for any personal items at any time.
