I do not have data on my mobile plan, what should I do?

No worries, here’s what you can do. If you’re on your mobile device, you can use the Atom app or website on wifi to buy your ticket. Then you can screenshot your QR code and save it as an image or add it to Apple Wallet (iOS only). The QR code is what you need to get into the theater.

__In the app: __ Tap the main menu at the top left, then tap “Tickets & Invites” and select “View Tickets.” Here you can view the pending event and the corresponding QR code.

If you’re using the app version that shows our dynamic wheel on the main page: Tap the main menu at the top left, then tap “My Tickets & Rallies” and select “View Event.” Here you can view the pending event and the corresponding QR code.

On the event detail page, you can add this order to your wallet, by tapping the “Add to Wallet” icon (iPhone only).

You can also screenshot the QR code to save the image in your phone. With this method, you will always have access to your upcoming event QR code. If you do not have data this will affect the ability to download the QR code, as the code is sent via SMS text message. These customers should receive the confirmation text message missing the QR code. This means they can present the Ticket ID, Confirmation # or phone number to the theater employee for entrance.
