If I checked out as a Guest, can I cancel my order after I make a purchase?

Yes. You can cancel an order up to a few minutes before showtime. In your confirmation email from Atom, tap the “View Details” button. Under “Info,” tap on “View Your Order Details,” then “Cancel Order.”

The charges will be refunded in 3–5 business days. If you need to cancel an order after the movie has started, contact a theater manager or Atom customer support at 1-844-838-6284.
