AGE POLICY:

CMX Cinemas have differing age policies by location. Please look for your theater below.

All Cinebistro Locations: Family Friendly Film Policy. All ages are welcome. Adult supervision is required (under 18 starting at 8 pm).

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult 21 or older movie starting at 8 pm or later. Please be prepared to show your ID at the theatre.

Old Orchard CineBistro Luxury: Guests must be 21+ after 6 pm. Proper ID required. Guests ages 3-20 are welcome to shows starting 6 pm or earlier accompanied by parent/guardian. Arrive 30 minutes prior to showtime for in-theatre service. Guests 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for R-rating films. ID required. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times when visiting the theater.

Dolphin Mall 5, Siesta Key, Waverly: Guests must be 21+ after 6 pm. Proper ID required. Guests ages 3-20 are welcome to shows starting 6 pm or earlier accompanied by parent/guardian. Arrive 30 minutes prior to showtime for in-theatre service.

Halcyon, Wheeling: Guests must be 21+ after 8 pm. Proper ID required. Guests ages 3-20 are welcome to shows starting 8 pm or earlier accompanied by parent/guardian. Arrive 30 minutes prior to showtime for in-theatre service.

Doral: Guests must be 21+ for shows AFTER 6pm. Proper ID required. Guests ages 3-20 are welcome to shows rated PG13 & under starting 6pm or earlier when accompanied by a parent/guardian with a valid ID. Arrive 30 minutes prior to showtime for in-theatre service.

Hyde Park, Stony Point: All Shows are 21 and over unless a part of our family friendly films which are ages 3-20 with a parent/guardian 6PM & earlier (ID required). Arrive 30 minutes prior to showtime for in-theatre service.

Peachtree Corners, Brickell: All ages are welcome. Guests 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for R-rating films. ID required. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times when visiting the theater.

CMX Liberty Luxury: All ages are welcome. Adult supervision is required (under 18 starting at 8 pm). Proper ID required. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to showtime for in-theatre service.

CMX CinéBistro Tysons Galleria: Guests must be 21+ after 8 pm. Proper ID required. Guests 3-20 are welcome before 8 pm when accompanied by an adult 21+. All ages are welcome to our Family-Friendly Films only. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult 21+ starting at 8 pm. Non-Family-Friendly films after 8 pm are 21+ only.
