AGE & BAG POLICY:

A child is 12 or under; a senior 60 or over.

Pets are not allowed. Certified service animals are welcome.

By purchasing a ticket for the Cinépolis Junior theatre, which features a children’s play area, you have accepted and agreed to abide by the safety rules for the auditorium. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and actions of their children. No adults may enter the Cinépolis Junior theatre unless accompanied by a child. To enter the play area, children must be between the ages of 3 and 12 years old and be between 3 and 5 feet tall. Shoes are not allowed in the play area and socks must be worn. Adults may not use the play area. Cinépolis will not be responsible for incidents, injuries or damages due to a child’s, parent’s, or guardian’s negligence or non-compliance with the rules of the Cinépolis Junior theatre or the play area.

You must be at least 3½ feet tall and 4 years of age to experience 4DX movies. To ensure your safety, Cinépolis reserves the right to deny admission to children under the age of 3 and unsupervised children under the age of seven into 4DX movies.

Purses, backpacks, satchels and bags of any type are subject to search.
