A child is considered age 1 - 11 years old.
A senior citizen is considered to be 62 years old and up.
R-Rated Policy: Cinemark supports and enforces the MPAA (Motion Picture Association of America) / CARA (Classification And Rating Administration) ratings system. You must be at least 17 years of age or have your parent accompany you to view the movie. Valid ID's will be required to attend R-Rated movies, and will be checked at the theatre.
Additionally, so that R-Rated movies may be enjoyed in a more adult atmosphere, children under age 6 will not be admitted to any R-Rated feature after 6:00 PM.
Cinemark Oakley Station and XD: No child under the age of 17 will be permitted into this theatre for any show that starts after 6:00 PM without parent or legal guardian accompanying them throughout the show. No Children Under Age 6 Will Be Admitted To Any R-Rated Feature After 6:00 PM. Valid IDs will be required to attend Rated "R" movies. You must be at least 17 years of age or have your parent accompany you to view the movie. IDs will be checked at the theatre.
Cinemark Boynton Beach 14 and XD : All Customers who appear under the age of 40 must present proper age identification prior to purchasing and possessing any alcoholic beverage. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to sit at the bar. All Customers purchasing drinks must present their own ID. Only one drink per Customer is allowed at a time for In-Auditorium Consumption. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in rated G films.
Cinemark At Valley View and XD : Guests under 17 will not be admitted into this theater after 6 PM unless accompanied by a legal parent for the duration of their movie. Curfew is applicable every day of the week. For R-rated movies, Guests must be at least 17 or accompanied by a parent. Children under 6 will not be admitted to any R-rated feature after 6 PM. Valid IDs will be required.
