Can I cancel my order and get a refund after I make my purchase?

You can cancel an order and get a refund up to 30 minutes before showtime from within the Atom app or website. Charges to your credit or debit card will be refunded within 3-5 business days after cancellation. If the show has started, please contact a theater manager or Atom customer support for assistance at 1-844-838-6284.

Canceled orders containing a promotional code or discount are automatically returned to your account making them available for use immediately. We will also send you a cancellation message to the email address or phone number on your account.

In app:

  1. Go to the menu by tapping the three horizontal lines in the top left corner
  2. Tap on "My Tickets and Rallies"
  3. Tap on "View Event" and select the ticket you want to cancel
  4. Tap "View Your Order".
  5. Tap on "Cancel Order" at the bottom of the Your Order page

On web:

  1. Log in and click "Hi (your name)" in the top right menu
  2. Click "My Tickets and Invites" and find your ticket
  3. Click "View ticket" and then click "View your order details" under the Info heading
  4. Scroll to the bottom to find the "Cancel Order" button
