What is Atom Rewards?
Atom Rewards is our new free membership program that rewards you for doing what you love — going to the movies! Members enjoy everyday benefits like faster checkout, easy cancellation, exclusive offers and the ability to earn theater loyalty rewards. Plus, for a limited time, you’ll earn a free movie ticket to any standard showtime when you see 4 movies! Premium formats like IMAX, 3D, Dolby, special marathons, VR experiences and fan events are excluded.
How do I join Atom Rewards?
When you sign up for an Atom account you automatically become a member of Atom Rewards!
I already have an Atom account, do I have to sign up for Atom Rewards too?
Nope! Existing accounts have automatically been upgraded.
I have more than one Atom account. How can I combine them for Atom Rewards?

EARNING A FREE REWARD TICKET
How do I earn a free reward ticket?
All you have to do to earn a free reward ticket is see 4 movies! Your reward status increases with each movie showtime you see, not with each ticket you purchase. For example, if you buy 4 tickets for 1 movie showtime, your reward status will increase by 1. If you see the same movie on another occasion (a different date or showtime) your reward status will increase each time. A discounted ticket counts towards your free reward ticket, but orders containing only free movie tickets do not.
Can I earn rewards on the Atom app and on atomtickets.com?
Yes, you can earn rewards on both the Atom Tickets app and on the atomtickets.com website. Atom Rewards is tied to your Atom account, so make sure to log in to your account before completing your purchases.
Can I earn rewards faster if I buy a premium format ticket?
Atom Rewards treats all tickets the same regardless of format. We love premium formats too, but they won’t earn you a free ticket any faster than standard format showtimes.
How do I check my reward status?
If you are logged in on the website, you’ll see your current reward status at the top of every page on the site. Atom will also send you an e-mail/notification each time your reward status changes, after the movie is over. We're working hard to build a new feature that will also let you check your status at any time in the app, so stay tuned!
I just bought my tickets but my reward status hasn't changed.
Your reward status changes after the movie you’re seeing has ended. You’ll get an e-mail/notification with a reward status update after the movie is over (this can take up to 4 hours).
I saw four movies, where's my free ticket?
Awesome! You'll receive an e-mail/notification when you've earned a free ticket. This can take up to 4 hours after your fourth movie has ended.
I purchased more than one ticket but my reward status only changed once.
Your reward status increases with each movie showtime you see, not with each ticket you purchase. For example, if you buy 4 tickets for 1 movie showtime, your reward status will increase by 1. If you see the same movie on another occasion (a different date or showtime) your reward status will increase each time.
I placed two or more orders for the same showtime but my reward status only changed once.
Your reward status increases with each movie showtime you see, not with each order you place. For example, if you place 2 separate orders for the same movie showtime, your reward status will increase by 1. If you place 2 separate orders for different movie showtimes, your reward status will increase each time.
How long do I have to earn my Free Reward Ticket?
You have one year to earn your Free Reward Ticket after seeing your first qualifying movie.
I used a promotion on my order. Does that still count toward earning my Free Reward Ticket?
Discounted orders count towards earning a Free Reward Ticket, but orders containing only free movie tickets do not apply. Concessions purchases do not count towards earning a Free Reward Ticket.
Does using a free ticket count for one of my four qualifying transactions?
No, you must pay for at least part of the price of one ticket in an order for it to count as a qualifying transaction toward earning a Free Reward Ticket.
REDEEMING A FREE REWARD TICKET
How do I use my free ticket?
Your Free Reward Ticket is added to your account after you see your fourth movie. This typically happens a few hours after your movie ends. The free ticket will automatically apply to your next purchase for any standard-priced ticket (premium formats like IMAX, 3D, Dolby, special marathons, VR experiences and fan events are excluded). You’ll see the Free Reward Ticket applied to your order on the checkout screen.
How long do I have to use my free ticket?
Once your Free Reward Ticket hits your account, you have 30 days to redeem it.
Can I save my Free Reward Ticket and not have it applied to my next order?
At this time, the Free Reward Ticket will automatically apply on your next qualifying order and cannot be saved for a later purchase.
