Synopsis
College student Hana falls in love with a "wolf man" and together they have two half-human, half-wolf children, Ame and Yuki. The young family's happy but humble life comes to an abrupt end when the father is tragically killed during a hunt. After struggling to raise her children in the busy city, Hana boldly decides to move to a dilapidated house in the countryside, in hopes that her children may one day decide their own path to happiness - whether "human" or "wolf."This heart-wrenching modern fairy tale is a staggering work of beauty and emotion from Academy Award®-nominated director Mamoru Hosoda. 7.5/10 Soundtrack was great. Hana was prob my 2nd favorite protagonist of his movies behind Belle. The animation wasn’t crazy, but it didn’t need to do much. There wasn’t a whole lot of action. I enjoyed it

It’s a beautiful story of this human woman who falls in love with this Wolfman and they have these beautiful children if he passes away tries to live good life for these children it’s really calming and the music in the beginning credits is really fitting for the aesthetic.

Kimi likedWolf Childrenit was cute. i liked seeing ame and yuki change personalities; in a way, they kinda turned into each other. i kinda got a little mad when their dad just never had a name cause i trailed off when talking after he popped back up. hana raised those kids damn well, too.
