It has the things most important to a film which are atmosphere, blood, a little gay fellow, and a puppet. Great stuff, top notch folklore filmmaking.

weird french vampire movie, it actually had some pretty unique ideas, specifically with the vourdalak going after people it loves i enjoyed the effects and the aesthetic, it was surprisingly well done and entertainingly campy

There is much that could easily lose some people when they behold elements of its grand design, but for those willing to get on its wavelength, you’re in for a treat as beautiful to look at as it is unexpectedly haunting.
