Catching up on Shudder’s latest “Film Premiere”, and almost missed this one. The Twin lingers and operates in that grief-stricken, emotional space of horror that many fans have begun turning their noses at. I can still fall into that space rather effortlessly, and…
RensDad666Aug 29, 2025A new Shudder exclusive that’s another in the over saturated grief / trauma horror film category. There is some good imagery, well shot & well acted I just found it boring. I did enjoy the Hang Me, Oh Hang Me outro though
JosephKSep 3, 2025Shudder released this film without any advertising or anything, and the truth is, it's not a good film. Shudder didn't help at all with the marketing, and it just makes me think, if you don't believe in what you're buying, how are you going to sell it? The most redeeming…

Haunted HippieAug 29, 2025This movie is really well shot and acted. Has some great creepy imagery and tackles themes of mental illness and grief better than most. The story did drag in some parts, but overall was really well done. The sub genre of grief horror is not my favorite but if you like it…

joshrowleySep 5, 2025You guys are gonna get blown away because this is unheard of in modern cinema but it's elevated grief horror. I know. It's an entire movie based around that "it's not your fault" Good Will Hunting line. And it's the same beat on repeat for almost two hours. And by the way,…

A nice surprise. I didn’t think this was going to be as good as it was. Decent jump scares even though I didn’t jump but for someone that is scared of horror movies there’s some scenes that will for sure get to them. Good storyline. Overall a great movie.
Very well paced movie with really great visuals. some things were down right spooky. The dude under the bed, NO THANK YOU! Even though grief seems to be a common topic in horror the last few years, still give it a watch!!

7/10 Very powerful message about mental health. Some sound choices were questionable and felt cheap, but Logan Donovan was excellent. Excited to see more from J.C.
Movie that focuses on mental health. Although it has good intentions it just didn’t get there for me.
