Don’t waste your time or money
What a waste.
very predictable, not scary, cliche of a movie
Morgue after Midnight, Damaged Mind and then you add a vengeful demon! MindFrack! Worth the Matinee Fee.
Boring and stupid. Don’t waste the time or the money
Boring
we liked it. predictable, but good. made us jump a couple of times.
It was okay. I liked the setting of a morgue, had some creepy vibes that were somewhat original. Unfortunately the story was overall kind of predictable throughout.
Good movie !!!!! Was really scared lol.
No plot no nothing. No substance to story.
Scary had me jumping
The effort was there, but it was just a miss.
Plot had a great potential. Let down.
Such potential. Whole theater laughed more than we were scared. Disappointment.
The Possession of Hanna Grace is a straight foward movie. It is a movie less for the horror fans, but rather an inspirational movie for people who have suffered horror in real life. Although the movie have a great cast and beautiful cinematography, the movie's pace and visual effect falls short for the horror genre. I am satisfied with the message and the conclusion, but horror cravings were not satistied with jump scares.
This movie is really good but it’s to short!!!!!
Movie definitely didn’t live up to the hype. We left the show feeling like something was missing - like it had much more potential that they missed out on. After leaving the theater we pretty much were over the movie.
Great movie overall!
This movie was amazing and it’s super scary
A film that would have gotten a better treatment as VOD instead of starting off with all it's eggs in one basket at the theater. This movie starts with potential by leading the audience into the corners of PTSD using the protagonist, but trails when things go bump in the night and concludes with not the slightest thought of the effects between ghastly images and mental stress.
it's ok. if you're into cliche horror movies and need a break then this one is for you.
Love Shay from PLL!
Really bad whack
It was an alright movie. Not scary to me, but it was creepy.
Terrible visual effects. Slow and uninteresting story line. Unlikeable characters. Absolute letdown.
not bad, not great.
Honestly there should have been more effort and work put into the movie. I'm not a fan of scary movies, but when I see one it should be great.
very predictable. it's hard to make a good horror movie these days, so I'm not too disappointed.
Creepy but not so much a possession movie. It’s more like a ghost movie...
Keeps you on your toes. Never know when the jump scare will come!
just like other people said, it's rush ending.
More like 2.5 stars. It wasn’t a terrible movie, but it was far from original. If you love scary/horror don’t bother.
I wish they would have did a flash back to how she got possessed by the demon.
It was ok. Short & could have been better
Stupid hooligans came and ruined the movie
Well made
Enjoyed the suspense. The ending could have been better.
Another good idea gone bad; like worse than her butchered corpse. Glad I bought these tickets for $5. They could have gone so many ways but the way why the dead end way. The beginning was good and gained suspense but just fell apart in the end. Wait for it to hit Redbox.
scary if your attention span is normal range. It's not a video game
it was different one, but could've been better. Not that much scary, but the incidents transformations was good.
terrible, so boring, slow, and not scary at all. kept checking the time to see when it was over.
They tried to built upon a good suspense but failed to close a gazillion loose ends
Totally boring. Fell asleep twice.
movie too dark
Not all that great
slow not scary the Emily rose was much much better
had some great "jump out of your seat" moments.
Love Shay Mitchell but this movie wasn’t that great. Literally 3 people in the theater fell asleep
Nice try lol
Waste of time n money.I want a refund
Metacritic
It lacks character, it lacks morbidity, it lacks subtext, it lacks suspense. It just kinda lays there like Hannah, but without any of her sinister magic.
The dour environment doesn’t help, the humor doesn’t pop and, disappointingly, the scares just don’t land. There are a few jumps and bumps, but there’s no real sense of dread or unease or questioning.
