Mark Bateman lovedThe Mule9/10 A determined provider who got caught up in their career, upon stepping back years later found their lost it all, reaching to make it better, took a courier job (aged 90yrs) not aware at the time it was for a Mexican cartel drug business. A true story. Loved it, Recommend.

Eastwood is known for his ruthless efficiency as a filmmaker, but The Mule feels dashed off at best, barely even a movie. It’s a strange rough draft, poorly executed and disastrously performed, despite the starry cast.
