Synopsis
Renowned soprano Lise Davidsen makes her role debut as the noble Leonora in the Met’s first new staging of Verdi’s tragedy in nearly 30 years, which sets the grand tale of ill-fated love, deadly vendettas, and family strife in a contemporary world. Met Music Director Yannick Nézet-Séguin conducts.

Always a delight

KLKarla LariThe cast was wonderful with amazing voices. Not my favorite, felt very dark and kind of boring, I saw people leaving the theater, we also left in the middle of the performance.
