Synopsis

Phil, Stu, Alan and Doug travel to exotic Thailand for Stu's wedding. After the unforgettable bachelor party in Las Vegas, Stu is taking no chances and has opted for a safe, subdued pre-wedding brunch. However, things don't always go as planned. What happens in Vegas may stay in Vegas, but what happens in Bangkok can't even be imagined.

Trivia

  • Mel Gibson was supposed to play the tattoo artist, but the idea was later dropped following protests from the cast and crew. He was replaced by Liam Neeson. Co-Writer and Director Todd Phillips later wanted to re-shoot Neeson's scene, but Neeson was unavailable to return, as he was filming Wrath of the Titans (2012). The scene was subsequently re-shot with Nick Cassavetes in the role.

It's not that Part II is bad, exactly. If The Hangover had never existed, this movie might feel funnier than it does, if not quite as freshly hilarious.
