The ending is worth the price of the movie ticket! Such a thing as Karma and one of the main characters got that served coldblooded! I left the movie theater still discussing the movie with my girlfriend! Like wow, this person could not stop lying for nothing! Great cast and very entertaining! Winning!

Director Bill Condon (Gods and Monsters) can do this stuff with his eyes closed, and sometimes it feels like he might be doing that as the plot chugs from London to Berlin and secrets are duly uncovered. But there’s enough visual flair to elevate things above standard genre fare.

As a movie, The Good Liar is just so-so, but as a master class in performance and star quality, it’s a pleasure.
