YES!!!!!! God what a delight it was to watch this in a theater with a crowd. So fun and funny and beautifully stupid. Realized about halfway through it was essentially a Muppet movie– the first real one we’ve gotten in a decade! Gimme one of these every two years and the…
demi adejuyigbeJan 14, 2025“The DUCK??? You gotta be kidding me. Who greenlit this garbage!” -animated silhouette of audience member leaving the theater Masterpiece. Instant classic. Prominently features a woman (pig) in STEM. Just enough modern references (like Daffy twerking and getting cancelled…
Emma TolkinMar 14, 2025Absolutely maddening that we finally got a full proper Loney Tunes movie (not one where they're supporting characters to live-action stars) and of course it's really good and so funny and yet Zaslav inexplicably hates the Tunes so much he's determined to make sure no one…

I don’t know what’s crazier: The fact that “The Day the Earth Blew Up” is the first fully-animated “Looney Tunes” feature ever released in theaters, or that Warner Bros. — who first commissioned the project for HBO Max (RIP) before shopping it around to other buyers — was…

If you’re a real Daffy head like myself then this is an easy slam dunk!!!! I was recently converted into a Porky lover too so this was awesome… I love looney tunes and these guys are my friends… worst joke in the movie is when Daffy gets cancelled after trying to be an…
Megan BitchellMar 16, 2025Fulfilled my destiny as "unaccompanied adult man at matinee of Looney Tunes movie."
Dan McCoyMar 16, 2025The fact this was made on a budget of $15 million and looks so incredible is just further proof that Disney was bullshitting when they said 2d movies are too expensive to produce

I think most of our childhoods were blessed with Looney Tunes, so nostalgia is a guarantee, especially with the animation style and humour. I hope they never stop making these, and I look forward to seeing every single one. I miss seeing all the original characters, but only putting in 3 or 4 makes…
100% need more Looney Tunes movies with this amazing animation
Even after a few hours, It still baffles me that David Sazlav wanted to use this as a tax write off. Ketchup entertainment knew the potential that this movie could bring to the table. As a individual who has been watching looney tunes his entire life, seeing this was a absolute delight. Every…

I love seeing the return of 2D cartoons & Looney Tunes! Super funny, had me laughing. So random to see a full feature length LT movie like this, especially in theatres these days! Made some really clever & unique choices throughout. Only qualm is the 3rd quarter dragged on a bit.
This reminded me of old school loony tunes cartoons! It was cheesy and fun and over the top and brought back memories of growing up watching the show!

how WBD discovery tried to shelve this film and sold it off to a third party distributor has to be the number 1 brand dead idea I have noticed especially since this movie is both hilarious and well animated . guess they are allergic to money I guess
Great for the 90’s kids, flash from the past and just as funny as years ago go see it wish bugs bunny was there too.

While far from being a classic, “The Day the Earth Blew Up” is a charming and often invigorating reimagining of key Looney Tunes characters (Daffy Duck and Porky Pig), with a look and sound that links it to past versions without feeling indebted to them.
This Looney Tunes mega-fan went in fearing the worst, and came out happy that I took that left turn at Albuquerque.
The film’s open affection for the Looney Tunes franchise has a restorative quality.
