    "Have a pleasant evening, bottom boy!" refreshing that a film about gays can just be a film about gays, not weighed down by cliched or stereotypes or tragedy or illness. it's quite delightful

    One of Jennifer Coolidge’s earlier roles—and for once, the gays aren’t trying to murder her. I can’t believe I’d never seen this before. It was such a sweet film about friendship.

    Decent movie. Good romcom for its time. What bothers me about it is the heterosexual lense/filter that hovers above this movie. All of the nuances are more reminiscent to your typical heterosexual rom com. Gays have a lot more nuances that aren’t represented. But still of the era
